Our Promise to You:
We promise to deliver our handmade luxury products to you in a safe and secure manner. We will deal promptly with any issues that may arise concerning your order.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, there will always be some variation in colour, texture, weight, fragrance, design or packaging between batches. However, we endeavour to maintain as much consistency as reasonably possible. If you do have any queries regarding your order, drop us a line at email@example.com and we’ll get back to you.

By placing an order with us, you are acknowledging your agreement to the following conditions:
All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp) which is applicable in Indonesia. Delivery is made at an additional cost. We reserve the right to make price changes without prior notice – however, this will not occur for goods already ordered and awaiting delivery.
Payment is only accepted via Bank Transfer at the moment, soon we will accept Credit Card. Goods will not be dispatched until full payment is received by us.
Delivery of your Order:
We aim to turn around any orders within 48 hours of receipt of that order (business hours) but, if this isn’t possible, we’ll email you. However, this does not include Bank Holidays or weekends. If you have requested a pre-order items or made to your specifications, we will inform of you the expected delivery date.
Orders should be received by you no later than 7 days after postage (within Indonesia). For all other countries, this delivery time may be longer (up to 15 working days after notice of postal of your delivery). Please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to find out the approximate delivery time for your country. It should be noted that we cannot accept any responsibility for delay caused by strike (postal etc) or any Acts of God. During busy periods, please allow for an additional time for posting.
Please ensure you give us a complete postal address – we cannot accept any responsibility for items that are undelivered due to the submission of an incomplete address. Please ensure that there is someone at this address that can accept delivery – we cannot accept any responsibility for items that are undelivered as there was nobody home. The customer will be responsible for meeting any further postal costs in this case.
We can post to either domestic or business addresses; if you require your delivery to be signed for, please note that this will involve an additional cost and will require someone being available at the delivery address to sign for the goods.
We cannot be held responsible for orders, for which we hold a proof of posting (a receipt from our Post Office) that, subsequently, goes missing in the mail. If an order is sent to your given address, not delivered but held in the Post/Sorting Office and not picked up, by the customer, from there, the Post Office will return said order to us. We are not responsible for any additional costs involved in sending this order on to you again – you must meet that additional postage cost yourself. As the order had not been cancelled by you within the regulation 7 days, our legal requirements are considered fully met and a refund of the full purchase price is not allowable in this case.
